About Outside use: I have become really strict lately, as my photos are rather popular to use on some sites which I don't have any way of checking what they are being used for. If you want to use my pictures as references you can use it anywhere, but if you use the photo itself, I will look into each case. I will probably always accept you to put it on a personal homepage and that type of thing with proper credits, but as random blog-signatures and places you need to log in to I will probably say no. Doesn't hurt to ask tho.

If it's for the free-layout.thing I have to say no, i don't want it to be spread out that way, which i'm sorry for. if it had been for a clearly personal use i coulkd have reconsidered, but i don't want my photos to be used by many random people.
That have turned back on me before. Sorry about that.
